GI Bill benefits help you pay for college, graduate school, and training programs. If you applied for and were awarded Post-9/11 GI Bill education benefits, your GI Bill Statement of Benefits will show you how much of your benefits you’ve used and how much you have left to use.

Goizueta Business School is proud to have been a Yellow Ribbon partner school since 2009. The Yellow Ribbon Program is a provision of the Post 9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008 (aka Chapter 33), and students must first be eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill. Please contact the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to see if you are eligible and to request a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). According to the VA, you must use your full GI Bill funding before Yellow Ribbon funding is used.

Goizueta Business School provides Yellow Ribbon funding for all eligible candidates up to $17,000 each, which is matched by the Veterans Administration for a total of $34,000 in Yellow Ribbon funding toward tuition.

Yellow Ribbon Program awards for the academic year are granted on a first come, first served basis. To be considered for a Goizueta Business School Yellow Ribbon Program award, you must 

• Be admitted to one of Goizueta Business School;s graduate degree programs
• Verify your intent to enroll by completing the Candidate Intent form found in your admissions portal and paying the deposit to the program to which you are admitted 
• Submit a Graduate Admissions Yellow Ribbon Application 
• Complete an Emory Veteran Enrollment Form 
• Submit your Certificate of Eligibility stating you are 100% eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill

Knowing the financial commitment is significant, Emory University's Financial Aid Office is committed to assisting students with the process of obtaining the financial resources necessary to pursue a Goizueta degree.

A variety of student loans are available. Students can borrow up to the budgeted cost of attendance less any scholarships. Some of these loans include:

• Federal Stafford Loan
• Graduate Plus Loan
• Private Loan
