Creating Healthcare for the Future

Children’s wanted to deepen its senior leadership’s understanding of the healthcare business and help them prepare for whatever the future of healthcare holds.

Goizueta and Children’s worked together to create a Custom Program. It included three courses over three days that offered a deep look into the hospital’s strategic direction and challenges, coaching for collaborative leadership, and leadership development exercises.

At the conclusion of the program, the participants came away with a better sense of Children’s position in the healthcare market and the skills necessary to lead it into the future.

Leveling Up Leadership

Mitsubishi Electric wanted to give its managers business training throughout its departments for deeper impact across the board. To do this, Goizueta set up a series of programs with a wide range of topics from marketing analytics and finance to negotiation and talent recruitment.

Managers left the program with a deeper understanding of the connections between the overall organizational strategy and how their managerial responsibilities connected to that strategy.

Building Future Leaders

SunTrust wanted to increase the diversity in its leadership and build for the next generation of leaders in the company.

Goizueta and SunTrust worked together to build the SunTrust Advanced Leadership Program. It included several experiences for participants in which students networked with high-level executives, participated in in-person and simulated leadership training, and underwent individualized leadership assessments. After the program, SunTrust participants honed their personal leadership skills and learned their growth areas for continuing to build their careers.

Seeing Solutions from Every Angle

UPS was looking for a program that would help its young leaders increase global awareness of outside factors that impact business decisions, create a connection between strategy and industry dynamics, and explore ways for UPS to get a competitive edge.

Goizueta worked with UPS to develop a program for young leaders. Participants were separated into teams, where they solved business problems unique to the industry. The teams later presented their solutions to senior management at UPS.
