Creating Healthcare for the Future

Children’s wanted to deepen its senior leadership’s understanding of the healthcare business and help them prepare for whatever the future of healthcare holds.

Goizueta and Children’s worked together to create a Custom Program. It included three courses over three days that offered a deep look into the hospital’s strategic direction and challenges, coaching for collaborative leadership, and leadership development exercises.

At the conclusion of the program, the participants came away with a better sense of Children’s position in the healthcare market and the skills necessary to lead it into the future.
