The Road to Racial Equity in the Workplace

Goizueta's Fall 2022 Common Read book was Diversity Inc.: The Fight for Racial Equality in the Workplace. Author Pamela Newkirk leads a panel discussion with Frank Dobbin, Henry Ford II Professor of the Social Sciences at Harvard University, Andrew Davis 08EMBA, Executive Vice President & Global Chief People Experience Officer at Sony Music Entertainment, and Qaadirah Abdur-Rahim 11EMBA, Chief Equity Officer at City of Atlanta.
