    Erika Hall earned a PhD in Management & Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and joined Goizueta Business School faculty in 2014. Her research focuses on the influence of race, gender, and class-based biases on interactions within the workplace and the broader society. Hall currently teaches in Emory Executive Education’s Negotiation Strategy for Success course.

    Rodríguez-Vilá is Professor in the Practice of Marketing and currently serves as Academic Director of Education at Goizueta's Business & Society Institute, an academic research center with a mission to transform business to build a more equitable and climate-smart world. He is currently leading research into how brands communicate societal benefits in social media and into the marketplace practices of inclusive brands. Omar was the visionary and architect behind our Growth Leadership Framework and proprietary assessment tool.
