Biography

Arielle is a doctoral student in the Organization and Management department at the Goizueta Business School. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University and an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Purdue University before entering the PhD program. As a doctoral student, Arielle aims to illuminate previously overlooked intragroup differences in the workplace experiences of racioethnic minorities. To do so, her research focuses on how socioeconomic status and racial phenotypicality intersect with race and/or ethnicity to influence status perceptions of minorities.

Arielle has presented research at several professional conferences including the annual conferences for the Academy of Management and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, as well as the inaugural and second annual Rising Scholar conferences at the Graduate School of Stanford Business and the Harvard Business School, respectively. At present, her research has appeared in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology.
