Entrepreneurship Student Fellows

The Roberto C. Goizueta Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation Fellows Program is a prestigious initiative designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset among Goizueta Business School undergraduate and graduate students. It offers unparalleled access to the innovation ecosystem, including faculty, staff, Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs), and community leaders.

Fellows are expected to actively engage in Center initiatives, take leadership roles in work streams, and participate in a wide array of programs and collaborations aimed at fostering venture development, capital formation, and corporate innovation. The program emphasizes personalized coaching, hands-on experience, and networking, aiming to support fellows in their entrepreneurial aspirations both during and after their time at Goizueta. 

The fellows program serves as a cornerstone for students deeply interested in venture development, capital formation and corporate innovation.

The program provides a robust set of benefits designed to support the professional and personal growth of its Fellows: 

Unparalleled Access

Unparalleled access to opportunities for growth and development within the innovation ecosystem, including access to faculty, staff, Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs) and community organizations and leaders.

Personalized Development

Individual development plans with Entrepreneurship Faculty advisors, career advice, and mentorship through staff, faculty, and EIRs. Fellows receive no less than two 1:1s each semester with the Center’s Managing Director to define mentorship plans and discuss goals. 

Financial Support

A $500 stipend per academic year to reimburse expenses related to attendance or participation in an entrepreneurship- or innovation-related conference or event. Hourly compensation for project work is also available as available, per student employment policies.

Networking and Community

Cohort-based events and social activities. Fellows are part of a select group of students across a variety of degree programs forming cohorts. Hands-on Opportunities: Unique opportunities to get involved in supporting Center initiatives.

Ambassadorship

Fellows have the opportunity to serve as campus ambassadors for the Center.

Active participation and commitment are crucial. Fellows are required to: 

• Workstream Participation: Participate in one or more Center leadership workstream
• Programmatic Support: Engage in and support one or more of the Center's programmatic initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director
• Academic Engagement: Enroll in at least one Entrepreneurship elective (undergraduates are encouraged to choose a secondary concentration in Entrepreneurship)
• Goal Setting: Participate in annual goal setting / development session
• Event Attendance: Attend Fellows events and attend and support key Center events (Connect Night, TEFC Demo Day, etc.)
• Club Involvement: Take an active role in at least one entrepreneurship student clubs (EEVM, EVCC, EBCC, etc.)
