This 2.5-day, in-person professional development course tests and assesses your existing negotiation style. Then, develop new skills to utilize in any business environment.   • Richard Berlin

    Richard Berlin brings a unique blend of legal, business, and leadership expertise with a JD from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University. Before joining Emory’s faculty, he held roles at major organizations including Accenture, Kaplan, and Avanade, and founded StrategyFrog, a SaaS company focused on strategic growth. His teaching and research explore how strategy, organizational change, and leadership drive performance and long-term results.
  • Erika V. Hall

    Erika V. Hall joined the Goizueta Business School faculty in 2014. Hall earned a PhD in Management & Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Her research focuses on the influence of race, gender, and class-based biases on interactions within the workplace and the broader society. Further, Hall looks at how leaders with multiple minority identities are perceived in teams and organizations.
