Over the last generation, the marketing function has been transformed by the increasing availability of data, technology, and analytical tools. The hot techniques have ranged from multivariate statistics, neural networks, data mining, and machine learning. Despite the buzz words, our faculty is about helping companies make better decisions.

Research Partners

A major mission of the Marketing Analytics Center is to create and disseminate cutting edge knowledge. The Marketing Analytics Center fosters knowledge development through research partnerships that combine faculty and doctoral student technical expertise with interesting real world applications from a range of organizations. One of the Center’s current initiatives is to broaden, extend and publicize several of partnerships. The goal of these partnerships is to create insights that directly benefits firms and expertise that makes Emory an intellectual center for specific topics. Work product includes a series of White Papers that emphasize practical insights generated through advanced methodologies. These projects focus on a topics ranging from branding to human analytics.

It's an attempt to show what's possible while avoiding too much academic and technical detail. Through our Fanalytics Podcast, we communicate our findings regarding fandom and what it takes to attain the world's most passionate, loyal consumers.
