Nicole Richardson

Executive Fellow, FUSE Corps

Biography

Nicole Richardson wanted a One-Year MBA that understood social impact and social enterprise. From the core curriculum to group projects, to career development, she was able to find what she was looking for at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Through Goizueta IMPACT, Nicole had the opportunity to work with members of her cohort with different yet complementary backgrounds and experience. "With teammates who are engineers, military veterans and management consultants, the diversity of thought provides a real opportunity to observe my fellow students in various styles of problem-solving."

Nicole chose to add to her IMPACT experience by completing an elective in operations, adding deeper knowledge about sourcing, procurement and managing complexities.

Before enrolling, Nicole held a variety of positions with international development nonprofit organizations working on projects across the African continent focused on sustainable agriculture, economic development and financial empowerment. She is now translating her experience with economic and financial empowerment, alongside the consulting and problem-solving skills from the One-Year MBA as an Executive Fellow with FUSE Corps in Los Angeles County.
